Meet the Founder
Rob Picco
Founder & Publisher, RP Press Publishing
Some people dream about writing books.
I spent most of my life living stories worth telling.
I am a father, grandfather, automotive professional, and lifelong admirer of military history and the men and women who serve our country. After decades in the automotive industry, I chose to pursue a passion that had been quietly growing for years—storytelling.
That passion became RP Press Publishing.
What began as a single story has grown into a vision for an entire publishing company built around meaningful stories and lasting impact.
From the beginning, my mission was simple: create stories that entertain, inspire, and stay with readers long after the final page. I believe the best stories are built on courage, sacrifice, loyalty, perseverance, and the bonds that connect us all.
My debut thriller, Border of Dust and Fury, launched the Eli Vance universe, introducing readers to a world of military action, mystery, and brotherhood. It marked the beginning of a much larger vision—one that includes multiple thriller series, children's books, and, ultimately, a publishing company dedicated to helping great stories find their audience.
Today, RP Press Publishing continues to grow with new adventures, new characters, and new opportunities to connect with readers.
One mission especially close to my heart is supporting veterans and military families. As RP Press grows, a portion of future proceeds from the Eli Vance series will be dedicated to organizations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have served and their families.
When I'm not writing, you'll usually find me spending time with family, cheering on combat sports, working with cars, enjoying time with my golden retrievers Sadie and Vegas, or planning the next chapter in the RP Press journey.
Thank you for visiting RP Press Publishing and supporting independent authors.
This journey is just getting started.
Every Story Leaves A Legacy.
